Role Overview

• Our client, a leading financial services firm in Ikoyi, is seeking a sharp and driven Investment Banking Analyst to support high-impact transactions across capital raising, advisory, and strategic finance.
• This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced, deal-oriented environment and wants accelerated exposure to top-tier financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and analyze complex financial models (valuation, projections, scenario analysis)
• Prepare pitch decks, investment memoranda, and transaction documentation
• Conduct financial, market, and industry research to support deals
• Support due diligence, deal execution, and client engagements
• Work closely with senior bankers on live transactions

Requirements

• 1–3 years’ experience in investment banking or financial services
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills
• Solid understanding of corporate finance and capital markets
• High attention to detail, strong work ethic, and execution mindset
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
