Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Operations Manager to lead and optimize all operational functions across AWARI Homes’ property portfolio. This role requires strategic thinking, strong leadership, and hands-on experience in hospitality or short-term rental operations.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership:

Lead and oversee end-to-end operations across all shortlet and rental properties
Develop, implement, and continuously improve operational policies, systems, and SOPs
Ensure consistent service delivery and operational excellence across all locations.

Requirements & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Real Estate, or related field
4–5 years of proven experience in operations management, hospitality, real estate, or short-term rental management
Demonstrated experience leading teams and managing multiple properties
Strong knowledge of short-let operations and guest-centric service models
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in digital tools, booking platforms, and reporting systems.
