Responsibilities
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences, respond to guest inquiries, and resolve issues.
- Supervise front desk staff, provide training, and manage performance.
- Oversee front desk operations, manage reservations, and maintain accurate records.
- Liaise with other departments, communicate guest needs, and provide feedback.
- Monitor room occupancy, manage rates, and optimize revenue.
Requirements
- Qualifications: BSc qualification; Tech-Savvy
- Experience: 2-5 years of experience in front desk management or related role.
- Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and customer service skills.
Salary
N200,000 per month.
